Our team is growing. We are hiring a technical assistance manager to help us to improve health care quality, outcomes, and affordability across Washington State. This position will work with health care delivery organizations and systems, health plans, and other stakeholders to conduct gap analyses, assess barriers, and develop strategies to drive implementation of our recommendations for a 24-month period.
Duties
– Provide technical assistance to diverse health care delivery systems and health plans on adoption of Bree Collaborative recommendations.
– Conduct gap analyses.
– Assess internal and external barriers to adoption.
– Develop health care delivery site-specific strategies.
– Recommend strategies to align incentives to support adoption.
– Conduct webinars of deep dives into the recommendations for health plans, provider groups, hospitals, and others across Washington State about Bree Collaborative history, structure, mission, and recommendations.
– Recommend applicability of Bree Collaborative-specific findings to Healthier Washington programs.
– Report to Bree Collaborative and Health Care Authority leadership.
Qualifications
– Familiarity with Washington State health care environment.
– Understanding of health equity.
– Experience with organizational change management strategies and implementation techniques (e.g., driver diagrams).
– Experience in analyzing stakeholder feedback.
– Track record of successful health care project management.
– Ability to verbally communicate complex information clearly and in writing including application of “Plain Talk.”. Knowledge of reading levels and readability testing and the ability to write complex documents at a lower reading level.
– Ability to communicate and work with all levels of staff and stakeholders, including Health Care Authority executives, legislative and Governor’s offices, and the media.
– Ability to travel within Washington State.
– BA in Public Health or related field. Masters preferred.
